Camino’ is the Spanish word for ‘Way’.

‘El Camino’ is ‘The Way’. While we are here to guide you to discover new beautiful places, towns, trails and people… the real camino is the one on the inside.

Participants - do create unforgettable memories, one camino at a time - but we are here to foster and facilitate deep learning, deeper wisdom and often clarity. Clarity about what we honour in our lives - as well what we wish to leave behind.

There is no them and us… everyone contributes greatly, each person bringing different skills and experiences, different stories. We have experience in guiding people from A to B, our partners provide wonderful accommodation and hospitality - other team members have credentials in coaching, physical therapy, psychology and professional development.

We know that while the physical demands of the Camino are significant - the emotional feelings experienced can be far more challenging than finding the energy for one-more-day, one-more-hill or one-more-step.

The Camino isn’t easy, but feeling exposed and vulnerable - completely seen at our best moments and worse ones is something we approach with great care and experience.

We lead with love, kindness and safety - both physical safety and emotional safety and support.

Our team is you. We attract discerning people and leaders from around the world. People with demonstrable skills and experience from different industries, careers and all walks of life.

‘The Camino Less Travelled’ is not just about doing ‘less travelled’ Camino routes! Its also our way of embracing that in a busy world, people are finding that “less is more”.
